بنك مصر يحصل على شهادة أفضل جهة عمل من المؤسسة العالمية Top Employers العالمية لعام 2025

حصل بنك مصر على شهادة أفضل جهة عمل لعام 2025 وفق تقييم مؤسسة Top Employers العالمية الرائدة في تقييم استراتيجيات الموارد البشرية، وتقديم الدعم للمؤسسات لتطوير ممارسات فعّالة، وتحسين الأداء، وتعزيز قدرتها على جذب الكفاءات والاحتفاظ بها، في تأكيد جديد على ريادته في تطوير رأس المال البشري وتعزيز معايير التميّز المؤسسي.

ويعتمد تقييم مؤسسة Top Employers على معايير دقيقة تغطي أهم ممارسات الموارد البشرية، وقد استطاع بنك مصر تحقيق نتائج متميزة في جميع المجالات، مما أهّله لنيل هذا التصنيف المرموق ويأتي هذا التصنيف تأكيدًا على التزام بنك مصر المستمر بترسيخ بيئة عمل قائمة على أفضل الممارسات العالمية في إدارة الموارد البشرية ودعم الموظفين.

وقد صرح الرئيس التنفيذي لمعهد Top Employers، أدريان سليجمان، قائلًا؛ ” في ظل ما يشهده العالم من تغيرات اقتصادية واجتماعية وتقنية متسارعة، تبرز المؤسسات القادرة على الحفاظ على ثبات ممارساتها وتطويرها، ويسعدنا هذا العام أن نسلّط الضوء على المؤسسات التي تواصل تقديم استراتيجيات موارد بشرية راسخة ومؤثرة، تسهم في تطوير بيئة العمل وتعزيز رفاهية الموظفين. لذا نعتز بتكريم هذه المؤسسات كأفضل جهات العمل لعام 2025″.

وبهذه المناسبة، أعرب الأستاذ/ هاني السمرة – رئيس قطاع الموارد البشرية ببنك مصر – عن اعتزازه بهذا التصنيف المتميز، مؤكدًا أنه يجسّد نجاح المؤسسة في تبنّي نموذج حديث لإدارة الموارد البشرية باعتبارهم أهم أصول المؤسسة، وأن بنك مصر يحرص على توفير بيئة عمل جاذبة لأكثر من 25 ألف موظف تقوم على الشفافية، والمساواة في الفرص، والتمكين للكوادر الشابة، مع العمل الدائم على تحديث أنظمة العمل والارتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة لهم وقد نجح البنك خلال عام 2025 في تقديم عدد 115,351 فرصة تدريب لنحو 23,612 موظف بعدد ساعات تدريبية وصلت لـ 959,183 ساعة، هذا بالإضافة الي عدد 8,000 فرصة ترقي بمختلف المستويات الوظيفية بما يضمن لهم مسارًا مهنيًا مزدهرًا”.
