في طفره تنمويه نحو رياده التعليم، وفي إطار دعم جهود الدولة للقضاء على الأمية وتعزيز فرص التوظيف والتأهيل المهني بشكل عام، شهدت منظومة OMC الاقتصادية (مجمع عمال مصر الصناعي) توقيع بروتوكول تعاون مشترك مع الهيئة العامة لتعليم الكبار.
وقد شهد توقيع البروتوكول بين كلاََ من المهندس هيثم حسين، رئيس مجلس إدارة منظومة OMC الاقتصادية، واللواء مهندس/ رائد علي هيكل، رئيس الجهاز التنفيذي للهيئة العامة لتعليم الكبار وكبار موظفي الهيئه.

حيث يهدف ذلك التعاون الاستراتيجي إلى فتح فصول دراسية مخصصة لتناسب احتياجات الدارسين من عمر 15 عامًا فأكثر، اضافه إلى تنظيم وإعداد قواعد بيانات دقيقة للدارسين، وتقديم حوافز مادية وعينية تشجيعية بوجه عام،
ومتابعة المتحررين من الأمية وتسهيل التحاقهم بالتعليم النظامي، وذلك لتوفير فرص عمل للناجحين داخل المنظومة، وتقديم تدريب وتأهيل تكنولوجي ورقمي مجاني بمركز إطسا بالفيوم، مع توظيف المتأهلين دون أي مقابل مادي، كما شمل البروتوكول إقامة ندوات توعوية عن بيئة العمل الصناعي لرفع الوعي المهني والثقافي.

من جانبه، أكد اللواء مهندس/ رائد علي هيكل أن محو الأمية واجب وطني ومسؤولية قومية، موضحًا أن الهيئة تعمل وفق ثلاثة محاور استراتيجية: سد منابع الأمية، محو أمية الكبار، والتعاون مع المجتمع المدني.

وأضاف أن الهيئة بدأت التوسع في التمكين الاقتصادي من خلال تعليم الحرف وربط الدارسين بالأنشطة الإنتاجية مثل صناعة السجاد والخياطة والأشغال اليدوية، مشيرًا إلى أن البروتوكول مع OMC يمثل نقلة نوعية نحو ربط التعليم بالإنتاج والتوظيف.

من جانبه، أوضح المهندس هيثم حسين أن البروتوكول يأتي في إطار الدور المجتمعي لمنظومة OMC الداعم لمبادرات الدولة لبناء الإنسان المصري، مشيدًا بفكر اللواء رائد هيكل ورؤيته المتطورة في تطوير تجربة تعليم الكبار بما يتماشى مع متطلبات الجمهورية الجديدة.
وأضاف”حسين”من خلال تصريح له أن نجاح الهيئة في مهمتها يتطلب العمل وفق رؤية جديدة ترتكز على
تطوير رسالة وأهداف الهيئة لتواكب فكر القيادة السياسية،
وتأهيل الكوادر البشرية بما يتناسب مع متطلبات العصر،
وتعظيم استدامة الموارد المالية لضمان استمرارية كفاءة العمل.

وأشار رئيس مجلس إدارة OMC إلى أن المنظومة ستدعم الهيئة على مستوى الجمهورية، سواء عبر تدريب قياداتها ماليًا ولوجستيًا أو من خلال برامج متخصصة في القيادة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي والتسويق والأمن السيبراني، بما يعزز من قدرتها على التحول إلى مؤسسة حديثة فاعلة.
الجدير بالذكر..أن الدراسة في الفصول ستتم بنظام التعاقد الذاتي دون مقابل، وتستغرق من 3 إلى 6 أشهر، في تجربة تعليمية مرنة تمنح الدارسين فرصة حقيقية لمستقبل أفضل بشكل عام.

n a developmental leap towards leadership in education, and as part of supporting the state’s efforts to eradicate illiteracy and enhance employment opportunities and vocational training in general, the OMC Economic System (Egyptian Workers Industrial Complex) witnessed the signing of a joint cooperation protocol with the General Authority for Adult Education.

The protocol was signed by Eng. Haitham Hussein, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the OMC Economic System, Major General Eng. Raed Ali Heikal, Executive Chairman of the General Authority for Adult Education, and senior Authority officials.

This strategic cooperation aims to open dedicated classes to suit the needs of students aged 15 and above, in addition to organizing and preparing accurate databases for students, and providing financial and in-kind incentives in general.
The protocol also includes monitoring literacy programs and facilitating their enrollment in formal education, providing job opportunities for successful applicants within the system. It also includes providing free technological and digital training and qualifications at the Etsa Center in Fayoum, with qualified applicants being hired without any financial compensation. The protocol also includes holding awareness seminars on the industrial work environment to raise professional and cultural awareness.

For his part, Major General Engineer Raed Ali Heikal stressed that eradicating illiteracy is a national duty and a national responsibility, explaining that the Authority works according to three strategic axes: blocking the sources of illiteracy, eradicating adult illiteracy, and cooperating with civil society.

He added that the Authority has begun expanding its economic empowerment efforts through craft education and connecting students with productive activities such as carpet making, sewing, and handicrafts. He noted that the protocol with the OMC represents a qualitative shift toward linking education to production and employment.

For his part, Engineer Haitham Hussein explained that the protocol falls within the framework of the OMC’s societal role in supporting the state’s initiatives to build the Egyptian human capital. He praised Major General Raed Heikal’s thought and advanced vision for developing the adult education experience in line with the requirements of the new republic. Hussein added in a statement that the Authority’s success in its mission requires working according to a new vision based on
Developing the Authority’s mission and objectives to align with the political leadership’s thinking,
training human resources to meet contemporary requirements,
maximizing the sustainability of financial resources to ensure continued operational efficiency.

The Chairman of the OMC Board of Directors indicated that the system will support the Authority nationwide, whether through financial and logistical training for its leaders or through specialized programs in leadership, strategic planning, marketing, and cybersecurity, enhancing its ability to transform into an effective, modern institution. It’s worth noting that classroom study will be conducted on a self-contracting basis, free of charge, and will last from 3 to 6 months. This flexible educational experience provides students with a real opportunity for a better future overall.
