إنفستجيت» تواصل مسيرة التميز بتكريم رواد العقارات في «Invest-Gate ACE Awards 2025»

 

أطلقت «إنفستجيت» النسخة الثانية من «Invest-Gate ACE Awards 2025» في احتفالية كبرى جسّدت الحدث السنوي الأبرز لتكريم أفضل المشروعات والمبادرات العقارية في مصر خلال عام 2025، وذلك بحضور نخبة من كبار المطورين والمستثمرين والخبراء وصنّاع القرار، ويأتي هذا الحدث في إطار الدور الريادي الذي تضطلع به «إنفستجيت» في دعم التميز وتسليط الضوء على أصحاب الإسهامات المؤثرة في دفع مسيرة تطوير القطاع العقاري وتعزيز تنافسيته على المستويين المحلي والإقليمي.

وجاءت هذه الدورة لتؤكد رؤية «إنفستجيت» الهادفة إلى ترسيخ ثقافة الابتكار والاحترافية داخل السوق العقاري المصري، من خلال الاحتفاء بالمشروعات المتميزة والجهات التي لعبت دورًا محوريًا في الارتقاء بجودة الأداء وصياغة مستقبل الصناعة، بما يعكس التزام المؤسسة بدعم المبادرات ذات الأثر الملموس والمستدام على التنمية العمرانية في مصر، وبما يتماشى مع أحدث المعايير العالمية في التطوير والبناء والاستدامة.

وقد أُقيم حفل توزيع الجوائز يوم الأربعاء الموافق 10 ديسمبر 2025، ليشكّل منصة رائدة جمعت نخبة من كبار القيادات التنفيذية ورواد الأعمال وصنّاع القرار في القطاع العقاري، في احتفالية استثنائية عزّزت فرص التواصل وبناء الشراكات الاستراتيجية، وشهدت تكريم أفضل التجارب العقارية وأكثرها تأثيرًا في السوق المصري.

وشهد حفل «Invest-Gate ACE Awards 2025» تكريم نخبة من أبرز الإنجازات في مجالات عقارية واستثمارية متنوعة، شملت (Mixed-Use Projects)، (Coastal Projects)، (Branded Residences Projects)، (Community Projects)، (Sustainable Development)، (Social Media Campaigns)، (Creative Brand Communication)، (Innovative Proptech Developers)، (Retrofit Projects)، (Strategic Partner Leaders)، (Global Investment Leadership Award)، (Skyscraper Excellence)، (Heritage Projects)، (Hospitality Projects)، (Real Estate Media Programs)، (Under-Construction Residential Projects)، (Under-Construction Branded Residences Projects)، في إطار شامل يعكس كافة أوجه الابتكار والتطوير في القطاع.

بدأ حفل «Invest-Gate ACE Awards 2025» بكلمة من الأستاذة/ صفاء عبد الباري، المدير العام ورئيس تطوير الأعمال بـ«إنفستجيت» حيث رحّبت بالحضور من كبار المطورين والمستثمرين والخبراء وصنّاع القرار، مؤكدة أهمية الحدث كمنصة تجمع قادة القطاع للاحتفاء بالإبداع والتميز في السوق العقاري المصري.

وأكدت الأستاذة صفاء خلال كلمتها على أن «Invest-Gate ACE Awards 2025» تأسست لتكريم المطورين العقاريين وأصحاب المشروعات الذين قدّموا مساهمات استثنائية، ووضعوا معايير جديدة للتميز في التصميم والتنفيذ، مع الالتزام بأعلى معايير الاستدامة والجودة وأضافت أن الجوائز ليست مجرد تكريم للنجاح الفردي، بل هي احتفاء بالروح الإبداعية والاحترافية التي تدفع القطاع ككل نحو آفاق جديدة، وتشجع على الابتكار المستمر وتقديم أفضل التجارب العقارية للمستثمرين والمجتمع على حد سواء.

واختتمت كلمتها بالتأكيد على أن هذه الجوائز تمثل التزام «إنفستجيت» بدعم كل من يسعى لتطوير القطاع العقاري المصري، معتبرة أن كل مشروع متميز وكل ابتكار يُحدث تأثيرًا ملموسًا يساهم في رسم مستقبل أكثر إشراقًا واستدامةً للصناعة العقارية في مصر.

من جانبه وجه السيد/ عمرو القاضي، المؤسس والعضو المنتدب لشركة «AKD Advisory»، الشكر لأعضاء لجنة التحكيم، مشيدًا بجهودهم المهنية وملاحظاتهم القيّمة. وأشار إلى أن اللجنة أثنت على اكتمال الملفات المقدَّمة وما شهدته من تطور كبير هذا العام، مما يعكس التزام المشاركين بمعايير الجودة والابتكار.

كما نوّه إلى أن مشاركة وزارة الإسكان في عملية التحكيم هذا العام أضافت بُعدًا جديدًا من التنافسية، وأسهمت في رفع قيمة الحدث وتعزيز مصداقيته، مؤكدًا أن عدد المشاريع المشاركة قد تضاعف، وكذلك عدد الحاضرين، في خطوة تعكس المكانة المتزايدة للحدث وحرص الجميع على الاحتفاء بالمشاريع المميزة ودعم مسيرة التطور في القطاع العقاري.

كما شمل الحفل تكريم عدد من أعضاء لجنة التحكيم لهذا العام، تقديراً لإسهاماتهم البارزة ودورهم المحوري في تعزيز شفافية ومصداقية عملية التقييم، وهم:

● السيد/ عمرو القاضي
المؤسس والعضو المنتدب لشركة «AKD Advisory»، ورئيس لجنة التحكيم لهذا العام.

وفي إطار الاحتفاء بالإنجازات الوطنية التي تعكس ريادة مصر الحضارية وتاريخها الممتد، تم تكريم المتحف المصري الكبير كونه صرح حضاري عالمي يعكس عظمة الهوية المصرية. ويأتي هذا التقدير احتفاءً بكل من أسهم في بناء هذا المشروع الوطني الذي يشكّل علامة فارقة في السياحة الثقافية، ومصدر فخر لكل مصري.

وتسلم هذا التكريم الدكتور أحمد غنيم، الرئيس التنفيذي للمتحف المصري الكبير، تقديراً لجهوده المتميزة في قيادة هذا المشروع العظيم.

وشهد الحفل تكريم وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية تقديرًا لجهودها الرائدة في تعزيز التنمية العمرانية وتحقيق «رؤية مصر 2030»، وقد تسلّم الجائزة الدكتور مهندس عبد الخالق إبراهيم، مساعد وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية للشئون الفنية.

وخلال كلمته، توجّه بالشكر إلى إنفستجيت على استمرارها في تنظيم مؤتمرات وفعاليات ذات تأثير مباشر وقوي على صناعة السوق العقاري، مؤكدًا أن هذه المنصات تمثل دعوة مفتوحة لكل العاملين في القطاع لتعزيز الإبداع والابتكار.

وأضاف أن المنافسة هي المحرك الأساسي لتحسين جودة المنتج العقاري، وأن الهدف هو الوصول إلى معدلات عالمية في الأداء والجودة بما يتماشى مع رؤية الوزارة في تطوير القطاع، مشيرًا إلى أن الوزارة، وبالتعاون مع القطاع الخاص، تدعو إلى تنظيم مسابقة على مستوى الأفراد المهتمين بالمجال العقاري، استكمالًا للنجاح الذي تم تحقيقه اليوم، وتحفيزًا لظهور مواهب وأفكار جديدة.

كما أوضح أن المشاريع التي خضعت للتقييم هذا العام تميزت بدرجة كبيرة من التنوع، وأن المعايير الموضوعة كانت دقيقة ومختلفة حسب طبيعة كل مشروع. وأكد أن صعوبة التحكيم جاءت من تقارب مستوى المشاريع المتنافسة، وهو ما يعكس قوة المنافسة وجودتها.

كما كرّم الحفل شركة العاصمة الإدارية للتنمية العمرانية ACUD؛ التي حصلت على جائزة Mega City Development of the year، تقديرًا لدورها الرائد في تقديم نموذج متكامل للمدن الذكية، وقد تسلّم الجائزة الأستاذ خالد الحسيني سليمان، مدير عام العلاقات العامة والتنسيق الحكومي، المتحدث الرسمي باسم الشركة.

كما تم تكريم الهيئة العامة التنمية السياحية؛ تقديرًا لدورها في دعم خطط الدولة للنهوض بالقطاع السياحي وتعزيز مكانة مصر كوجهة استثمارية وسياحية رائدة، وتسلم الجائزة المهندس عمرو سليمان، مدير عام الإدارة الاستراتيجية.

فضلاً عن تكريم الهيئة العامة الرقابة المالية، تقديرًا لدورها البارز في القطاع العقاري حيث أسهمت بجهودها التنظيمية ورؤيتها المتطورة في تعزيز الثقة داخل السوق وتحسين مناخ الاستثمار، بما ينعكس إيجابًا على مسار النمو العقاري في مصر. وقد تسلم الجائزة الأستاذ معتصم أحمد، مدير صناديق الاستثمار بالهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية.

كما تم تكريم الـ Pioneers in Real Estate Development Industry، وسيتم التكريم حسب الترتيب الأبجدي:

شركة “الأهلي صبور للتطوير العقاري” التي تعد واحدة من أعرق الشركات في السوق المصري، بمحفظة متنوعة تشمل المشروعات السكنية والتجارية والمتعددة الاستخدامات في مختلف أنحاء الجمهورية. وعلى مدار أكثر من 30 عامًا نجحت الشركة في تقديم مجتمعات تعتمد على جودة الحياة، والتخطيط المبتكر، وقيمة مستدامة طويلة الأجل. وتستمر في لعب دور بارز في صياغة مفاهيم السكن والمجتمعات المعاصرة في مصر. وقد رسخت مكانها كإحدى أكثر الشركات تأثيرًا وثقة في السوق العقاري المصري. وتم الترحيب بالأستاذ حسين أحمد صبور عضو مجلس الإدارة – المسؤول عن إدارة قطاع تطوير الأعمال بشركة الأهلي صبور للتطوير العقاري.
شركة “حسن علام للتطوير العقاري” Hassan Allam Properties، واحدة من أبرز المطورين العقاريين في فئة المشروعات الراقية، بفضل مجتمعاتها المتكاملة وتصميماتها المتميزة. قدمت الشركة مشروعات بارزة مثل Swan Lake Residences وPark View. ما أكسبها سمعة قوية في تقديم منازل عالية الجودة ووجهات سكنية متكاملة. ويعكس التزام الشركة بالتميز والحرفية والاستدامة دورها المحوري في تطوير القطاع الراقي في السوق المصري، وتم الترحيب بالمهندس عمرو جاد، العضو المنتدب للمشروعات والعمليات بالشركة.
شهدت فئات جوائز Invest-Gate ACE Awards 2025 هذا العام تنوعًا واسعًا لإبراز مختلف جوانب التميز والابتكار في القطاع العقاري المصري، بما يشمل المشاريع السكنية والتجارية، والتطورات في مجالات الاستدامة، والتقنيات الحديثة، والخدمات الرقمية. وقد جرى تكريم الشركات المتميزة في كل فئة، حيث احتفت الجوائز بالجهود الاستثنائية والمبادرات الرائدة التي أحدثت تأثيرًا ملموسًا في تطوير السوق.

حصلت عليها شركة Coldwell Banker Egypt، وتسلم الجائزة الأستاذ كريم زين، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة، وWeaam Katton، Deputy CEO& Head of Franchising.

Branded Residences Project of the year

حصلت عليها شركة A Capital Holding عن مشروع Marriott Residence Heliopolis Cairo، وتسلم الجائزة الأستاذ صلاح عبد الحكيم عامر، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة، والأستاذة داليا الكردي، الرئيس التنفيذي للقطاع التجاري.

Community Project of the year

حصلت عليها شركة Al Salem Holding Group عن مشروع Nile View في بنها، وتسلم الجائزة الدكتور بهاء سالم، الرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة.

Commercial Project of the year

حصلت عليها شركة Redcon Properties عن مشروع Golden Gate، وتسلم الجائزة مهندس/أحمد عبدلله أحمد، الرئيس التنفيذي للمكتب الفني.

Coastal Project of the year

حصلت عليها شركة Madaar Developments عن مشروعAzha Al Sokhna

Creative Brand Communication of the year

حصلت عليها شركة One of One وتسلم الجائزة الأستاذ مصطفى صلاح، الرئيس التنفيذي وعضو مجلس الإدارة.

CSR Initiative of the year

حصلت عليها شركة Madinet Masr عن مشروع «بيوت الخليفة «، وتسلم الجائزة المهندس عبدالله سلام، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب للشركة، والأستاذة دينا حبيب، نائب رئيس العلاقات المؤسسية.

من جانبه، صرح المهندس عبد الله سلام خلال كلمته، قائلًا: “إن إعادة إحياء التراث المعماري المصري تمثل بالنسبة لي التزامًا أصيلًا، فهي ليست مشروعًا هندسيًا فحسب، بل رؤية تمتد إلى المستقبل. فنحن نعمل اليوم بعقلية من يبني للأجيال القادمة، لأفق يمتد لخمسين وربما 100 عام إلى الأمام. ولا يخفى على أحد أن الرقعة العمرانية اتسعت من 7% إلى 14%، وهو توسع يضم بين جنباته تراثًا معماريًا فريدًا لا أعتقد أن له مثيلًا في كثير من دول العالم”.

وأضاف “ومن هذا المنطلق، نفخر بأن نكون جزءًا—ولو بقدر محدود—من مشروع إعادة إحياء التراث المصري، حيث تولّينا تطوير نصف كيلومتر من شارع الخليفة في قلب القاهرة التاريخية، بما يليق بقيمته وبما يحفظ أصالته. وانطلاقًا من هذه التجربة، أوجّه دعوة صادقة لكل المطورين العقاريين: إذا تولّى كل مطور مساحة صغيرة نصف كيلومتر فقط وعمل على تطويرها بالشكل الأمثل، فإن مصر ستتغير بشكل جذري، وسيصبح مستقبلنا أكثر إشراقًا حين نجمع بين البناء الحديث والحفاظ على تراثنا العريق”.

حصلت عليها شركة El Attal Holding، وتسلم الجائزة المهندس محمد العتال، نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة، والأستاذ شريف صالح، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة.

Expansion Achievement of the year

حصلت عليها RED – Real Estate Domain ، وتسلم الجائزة المهندس خالد بهيج، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والرئيس التنفيذي.

Global Investment Leadership Award of the year

حصلت عليها شركة Adeer International، وتسلم الجائزة المهندس باسل الصيرفي، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة.
Hospitality Operator of the year

حصلت عليها شركة Prime Hospitality، وتسلما الجائزة الأستاذ معتز أمين، العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي، والأستاذ خالد عمر، المدير المالي للمجموعة وعضو مجلس الإدارة.

Hospitality Project of the year

حصلت عليها شركة City Edge Developments عن مشروع ” Maspero Metropolis”، وتسلم الجائزة المهندس تامر ناصر، الرئيس التنفيذي.

Innovative Proptech Developer of the year

حصلت عليها شركة VOOM، وتسلم الجائزة الأستاذ علاء السيد، الرئيس التنفيذي.

وخلال كلمته، تقدم بالشكر إلى إنفستجيت على هذا التنظيم الرائع، والذي يمثل منصة هامة لتسليط الضوء على الإنجازات والابتكارات في قطاع التطوير العقاري، ويساهم بشكل فعّال في دعم وتعزيز هذا القطاع الحيوي على المستويين المحلي والدولي.

حصلت عليها شركة Madinet Masr عن مشروع Taj City ، وتسلم الجائزة المهندس عبدالله سلام، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب للشركة، والمهندس محمد لاشين، نائب الرئيس الأول للمشروعات بشركة مدينة مصر.
وصرح المهندس عبدالله سلام، قائلًا: “نفخر بما تحقق في تاج سيتي، حيث تمكنا خلال أربع سنوات فقط من تحويل الأرض إلى نموذج رائد للمشروعات متعددة الاستخدامات (Mixed Use). في الماضي، كان التركيز منصبًا على الإسكان، مع إهمال جوانب التعمير الشامل. من خلال استراتيجيتنا الجديدة، أعطينا الأولوية للتعمير المتكامل والمستدام، ما جعل من تاج سيتي مشروعًا يحتذى به ويستحق التقدير”.

حصلت عليها شركة Orascom Pyramidsعن مشروع The Pyramids of Giza، وتسلم الجائزة المهندس ميشيل شنودة، رئيس قطاع العمليات بالشركة.

Outdoor Campaign of the year

حصلت عليها شركة Sky Abu Dhabi Developments عن حملة Sky North، وتسلم الجائزة الأستاذة نانيس فهيم، رئيس القطاع التجاري.

Real Estate Media Program of the year

حصل عليها Al-Gedaan Real Estate TV Show، وتسلم الجائزة مقدمين البرنامج الاستاذ محمد غانم، المهندس محمد سراج.

Retrofit Project of the year
حصلت عليها شركة مصر لإدارة الأصول العقارية عن مشروع 14 Talaat Harb Street – 15 Kasr Al Nile Street (Contact Building Now) ، وتسلمت الجائزة الأستاذة مها عبد الرازق، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة.
Rising Star of the year

حصلت عليها شركة Housing & Developments Properties- HDP، وتسلم الجائزة الأستاذ حسام عيسى، الرئيس التنفيذي، والأستاذة رنا دياب، رئيس قطاع التسويق بالشركة.
Skyscraper Excellence of the year

حصلت عليها شركة Nile Developments، تقديراً لدورها البارز في تنفيذ مشروعات (Tycoon Center, Tycoon Tower & 31 North)، وتسلم الجائزة المهندس محمد طاهر، الرئيس التنفيذي.

وخلال كلمته، قال المهندس محمد طاهر:”نحن نعاصر فترة ذهبية جديدة من التطور العمراني، حيث تظهر منشآت عملاقة ومتطورة على أرض الواقع. ولقد واجهنا تحديات في مواكبة هذا النمو السريع، إلا أن الدعم الكبير من الدولة، وتطوير مدن الجيل الرابع العملاقة، كان له دور محوري في تجاوز هذه التحديات. وبفضل هذه الجهود المشتركة، نجحت شركتنا في تحقيق أرقام قياسية جديدة على مستوى مصر وأفريقيا، وهو إنجاز نفتخر به جميعًا ويعكس التزامنا بالتميز والابتكار في قطاع التطوير العقاري”.

حصلت عليها شركة Hyde Park Developments عن حملة رمضان “الفرق كبير”، وتسلمت الجائزة الأستاذة نرفين بوكلي، رئيس قطاع التسويق.

Urban Regeneration Project of the year

حصل عليها “صندوق التنمية الحضرية” عن مشروع “داره تطوير عواصم المحافظات” وتسلم الجائزة المهندس خالد صديق، رئيس مجلس إدارة صندوق التنمية الحضرية.
وخلال كلمته، أوضح المهندس خالد صديق، أن صندوق التنمية الحضرية سوف يشارك في العام المقبل بثلاثة مشروعات جديدة ضمن المسابقة، من بينها حدائق الفسطاط، ومشروع القاهرة التاريخية الذي تبلغ استثماراته ما بين 4.5 و5 مليارات جنيه، بهدف إحياء تراث المدينة وتحويلها إلى واحدة من أجمل مدن العالم.

Invest-Gate launched the second edition of “Invest-Gate ACE Awards 2025” during a grand ceremony that marked the year’s most prominent event dedicated to honoring innovation and outstanding achievements in Egypt’s real estate sector in 2025. The celebration brought together leading developers, investors, experts, and key decision-makers. The event comes as part of Invest-Gate’s pioneering role in promoting excellence and spotlighting influential contributors who drive the advancement and competitiveness of Egypt’s real estate sector at both the local and regional levels.
This year’s edition reaffirmed Invest-Gate’s vision to foster a culture of innovation and professionalism within Egypt’s real estate market. It celebrated outstanding projects and entities that played a pivotal role in elevating performance standards and shaping the future of the industry. The event reflects Invest-Gate’s commitment to supporting impactful and sustainable initiatives that contribute to Egypt’s urban development, in line with the latest global benchmarks in development, construction, and sustainability.
The awards ceremony was held on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, serving as a leading platform that brought together top executive leaders, entrepreneurs, and key decision-makers in the real estate sector. The exceptional event enriched opportunities for networking and building strategic partnerships, while celebrating the most impactful and distinguished real estate achievements in the Egyptian market.

The award was received by Dr. Ahmed Ghoneim, CEO of the Grand Egyptian Museum.
The ceremony honored the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities for its pioneering efforts in promoting urban development and achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030. The award was presented to Dr. Eng. Abdelkhalek Ibrahim, Deputy Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities.
During his remarks, Dr. Abdelkhalek extended his gratitude to Invest-Gate for its continued efforts in organizing conferences and events that have a strong and direct impact on the real estate market, affirming that such platforms serve as an open invitation for all industry professionals to foster creativity and innovation.
He added that competition is the main driver for improving the quality of real estate products, with the ultimate goal of reaching global standards in performance and quality, aligned with the ministry’s vision for sector development. He noted that the ministry, in cooperation with the private sector, is calling for the organization of a competition dedicated to individuals interested in the real estate field, building on today’s success and encouraging the emergence of new talents and ideas.

He also explained that the projects evaluated this year demonstrated a high level of diversity, and that the criteria set were precise and tailored to each project. He emphasized that the difficulty of the judging process stemmed from how closely matched the competing projects were, reflecting the strength and quality of the competition.
In conclusion, Dr. Ibrahim called on the organizers to increase the diversity of project categories in the upcoming edition, in support of innovation and to broaden participation opportunities.
The event also honored the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD), which received the Mega City Development of the Year for its pioneering role in providing an integrated model for smart cities. The award was presented to Mr. Khaled Elhusseiny Soliman, Director of PR & Government Affairs and ACUD Official speaker.
The ceremony also honored Tourism Development Authority, in recognition of its role in supporting the government’s plans to advance the tourism sector and strengthen Egypt’s position as a leading investment and tourist destination. The award was presented to Eng. Amr Soliman, Strategic management General director of Tourism Development Authority.
