بكاميرات مراقبة وأنظمة سلامة متطورة ودفع إلكتروني
أعلنت شركة مواصلة تك، الشركة المصرية الرائدة في مجال توفير حلول التنقل الذكية، عن توقيع شراكة استراتيجية مع شركة ستريماكس الشرق الأوسط الشركة الأولى عالمياً في مجال مراقبة وتأمين الحافلات والمركبات ونظم إدارة الأسطول المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
يهدف هذا التعاون، إلى تقديم مزايا الدفع الإلكتروني والسلامة والأمان المتطورة في حل متكامل لتقديم خدمة التاكسي الذكي الجديد في مصر، بدءًا من العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة والتوسع إلى مدن أخرى على مستوى جمهورية مصر العربية.
وقد تم توقيع مذكرة التفاهم في مقر شركة مواصلة تك بالقاهرة، بحضور ياسر صدقي، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة، وسامر حسان العش، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة ستريماكس الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا.
صرح ياسر صدقي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مواصلة تك:” تمثل شراكتنا مع ستريماكس خطوة هامة نحو تحقيق رؤيتنا لتعزيز قطاع النقل في مصر. ومن خلال دمج تقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي المتقدمة من ستريماكس مع خبرتنا المحلية الواسعة، فإننا نهدف إلى تحويل السلامة والكفاءة وتجربة الركاب في خدمات سيارات الأجرة الذكية”.
وعلق سامر العش، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة ستريماكس الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا قائلاً:” نحن متحمسون للتعاون مع مواصلة تك، لتقديم حلولنا المتطورة لتحسين إدارة وسلامة أساطيل سيارات الأجرة في مصر بعد تحقيق نجاح قياسي في المملكة العربية السعودية ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وستعمل هذه الشراكة على رفع معايير التنقل الحضري في جميع أنحاء المنطقة“.
تركز مذكرة التفاهم على التعاون المشترك لتقديم جهاز عداد رقمي متصل بالمركبة وبمركز للتحكم لحساب الأجرة إلكترونيا وطباعة إيصال السداد مما يعزز الشمول المالي ويحقق الشفافية في منظومة التاكسي، بالإضافة إلى توفير تقنيات المراقبة بالكاميرات المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي لحماية السائقين والركاب وضمان خدمة آمنة.
جاءت المذكرة استكمالاً للتعاون الذي سبق الإعلان عنه مؤخراً بين شركة “هلا الإماراتية” ومواصلة تك، وهو ما سيتيح تقديم نظام متكامل لسيارات الأجرة يوفر امكانية حجز الرحلات من خلال تطبيقات المحمول أو بدء الرحلة مباشرة من الشارع بدون حجز مسبق بالإضافة إلى توفير تجربة تنقل آمنة للركاب طبقاً للمعايير الدولية مما سيؤدي إلى إحداث تحول في التنقل اليومي لملايين المصريين والسائحين.
MwaslaTech and Streamax Collaborate to Revolutionize Smart Taxi Solutions in Egypt
, Egypt’s leading provider of smart mobility solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Streamax Middle East Technology, the global leader in AI-powered Commercial vehicle video surveillance and fleet management systems.
This collaboration, formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to introduce advanced electronic payment, safety, and security features in an integrated solution for Egypt’s new smart taxi service, starting with the New Administrative Capital and expanding to other cities nationwide.
The MoU was signed at MwaslaTech’s headquarters in Cairo, attended by Yasser Sedky, CEO of MwaslaTech, and Samer Alish, CEO of Streamax Middle East Technology.

The MoU focuses on joint efforts to provide a digital meter connected to the vehicle and a control center for electronic fare calculation and receipt printing, enhancing financial inclusion and transparency in the taxi system, as well as deploying AI-powered camera surveillance technologies to protect drivers and passengers, ensuring a safe service.
The agreement builds on the recently announced collaboration between Hala UAE and MwaslaTech, which will offer an integrated taxi meter allowing trip booking through mobile applications or street hailing without prior booking. Additionally, it will provide a safe travel experience for passengers according to international standards, transforming daily commuting for millions of Egyptians and tourists.-
